We are looking to hire an Underground Utility Foreman to join our team. Responsibilities of the Underground Utility Foreman position include reading and understanding plans, coordinating site development plans with project managers, staging site materials and project set up, leading and managing on-site crew, and processing daily paperwork. The ideal candidate must have a working knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines and possess the ability to enforce these measures on-site. Some infrastructure construction projects require in-state travel and overnight stays. A typical schedule is Monday-Friday but could vary based on project timelines. Saturday hours are occasional and based on demand.
Job Requirements: The successful candidate will have five years utility foreman experience and background working with storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water lines. All candidates must have the ability to show up to work on time, possess a strong work ethic, show a willingness to learn, and have a positive attitude.

Utility is a Division of Absolute Group that specializes in residential, commercial, and municipal infrastructure construction. The Utility Division provides full site development, including sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer and grading and earthwork. The Utility Division also offers a variety of groundwork services like trucking and hauling, basement excavation and backfill, finish grading and directional drilling.
