The Staff Services Analyst (SSA) is an entry-level analyst position that independently collects and analyzes documents related to educator misconduct. Under the general supervision of the Staff Services Manager II within the Division’s Intake Unit, the SSA may also assist in preparing confidential reports and communicating with school districts, applicants, credential holders, or their legal representatives. This position plays a critical role in supporting the early stages of the review process by ensuring accurate and thorough documentation is gathered and assessed.
