We’re hiring a Spotfire Developer to join a fast-growing team focused on building software that amplifies—not replaces—human capability. In this high-impact role, you’ll partner directly with production engineers and technical stakeholders to deliver customized, lightning-fast analytics that drive real-time decisions across 10% of U.S. onshore oil production.

You’ll build dashboards, optimize SQL data transformations, and design internal tools that empower engineers to solve high-value problems every day. If you're excited by the intersection of clean code, oilfield ops, and redemptive technology, this role is for you.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Work closely with customer stakeholders to understand problems and build tailored Spotfire dashboards
• Design and optimize complex SQL transformations to support custom dashboards and internal tools
• Collaborate across teams to improve key Customer Success workflows
• Build internal data products and tooling that streamline operations
• Help ingest and remediate complex new data sources from customer systems
• Contribute to a growing product ecosystem that supports over 10% of U.S. onshore oil production

✅ What You Bring

• Expert-level Spotfire: Proficient with advanced functionality (IronPython, JS text areas, Mods, data functions, etc.)
• Strong SQL Skills: Ability to write and optimize complex, high-performance SQL queries
• Customer Engagement: Comfortable collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to scope and communicate solutions
• Domain Experience: Understanding of upstream oil & gas operations and data systems

Bonus Points For:

• Intermediate Python scripting skills
• Experience with advanced SQL tuning and index optimization
• Background in internal tools development or SaaS dashboarding at scale
