Job Title: Junior Production Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Production Analyst to support our production operations by analyzing data, assisting with performance reporting, and identifying areas for improvement. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a desire to grow within a dynamic production or manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in collecting and analyzing production data (e.g., output, downtime, efficiency).
Support the preparation of regular reports and performance dashboards.
Work with production teams to understand workflow and help identify process bottlenecks.
Track inventory levels, production schedules, and material usage.
Help investigate and document the causes of production delays or quality issues.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for operational improvements.
Provide administrative and analytical support to senior analysts and managers.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data tools such as Google Sheets or basic ERP systems is a plus.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Internship or academic project experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.
Basic knowledge of production metrics and reporting tools.
Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma principles (a plus, not required).
