Testerman's Painting offers interior and exterior painting with a focus on quality, friendly, quiet, and courteous service. Benefits • It’s up to you how fast you advance in our company • Pay: $40,000 - $55,000.00 per year, depending on skill level • Paid time off • Monday to Friday, seldom weekends Responsibilities: • Your role would be to work 5 days a week • You will be trained to paint the interior and exterior of homes • You will be trained in safety and customer service Qualifications: • Must pass a background check and drug test • Comfortable in interaction with customers, personable, and friendly • You work toward as close to perfection as possible, precision and quality is important to you, absolutely no taking shortcuts • Above and beyond mentality, self-motivated and a hard worker • Ability to work steadily and efficiently • You get a sense of satisfaction after a hard day of physical work • You are tough, mentally and physically • You don’t have trouble working in the hot Florida sun • You have a healthy respect for heights, but aren’t afraid of ladders or working on roofs • You are looking to grow professionally AND personally • You are eager to learn and can take constructive criticism without getting offended • Must not be afraid of heights and should be comfortable on roofs • Must have a valid Driver’s License (required) and reliable transportation to and from work • Must be 20 or older • Experience is preferable Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly • Your role would be to work 5 days a week • You will be trained to paint the interior and exterior of homes • You will be trained in safety and customer service Testerman's Painting
