Job Description & RequirementsWork Schedule:
\n100% FTE, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with one weekend day call rotation a month. Hours may vary based on the needs of the department.
\nAs an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our inpatient care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.
\nWe are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to:
\nEducation:
\nMinimum –
\nIf Nurse Practitioner: Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program.
\nIf Physician Assistant: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program.
\nLicenses and Certifications:
\nMinimum – State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
\nIf Nurse Practitioner*:
\nIf Physician Assistant*:
\nAll Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have*: Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
\n*Active license or eligibility to obtain active licensure in state of practice. This may include licensing in Wisconsin and other state(s) of practice.
