We are looking for a marketing specialist to provide 360 marketing support for a growing financial services business. You may be a right fit if you’re a self-motivated individual, a team player with fantastic communication skills and a track record of successful brand management, campaign development and execution. With a focus on both new client acquisition and client retention, applicants should be detail-oriented and have a solid ability to execute digital and traditional marketing techniques and provide a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to drive measurable results. Top candidates will exhibit creative and critical thinking skills, strong problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

· Develop strategic marketing initiatives, plans and activities to deliver measurable results including digital & traditional campaigns and nurture paths and; ongoing communications with current clients

· Implement marketing plans that include events, print, email, and online content.

· Create branded mail/email/call materials to support the team.

· Manage digital presence including: realwealthadvisors.com website with accountability for content, updates, SEO, Client/Google Review, and Lead Generation processing and Social Media management and updates (LinkedIn, Facebook, other)

· Setup tracking systems and utilize current CRM for marketing activities.

· Build pipelines with partners and team members to generate qualified leads.

· Create content including client-facing materials and assist team in reaching current and potential clients.

· Organize and streamline service offerings into user-friendly concepts.

· Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors, including managing and ordering all sales and marketing supplies.

· Identify appropriate trade show and/or speaking opportunities in Milwaukee and surrounding areas, set up, and coordination of Real Wealth Advisors show events.

Skills & Experience

· Two years of experience in content management, creative writing, and campaign development/execution.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Mailchimp, and web editing packages, such as WordPress.

· Ability to produce digital content for both print and online use. Knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite (CS) or equivalent is helpful.

· Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and use of Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

· Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.

· Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.

· Ability to gather data and convert it into meaningful analysis.

· Solid organizational skills and detail oriented.

· Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format.

Education :

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or related.
