WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to work within an Endocrinology and Fertility Department in Poughkeepsie, NY. This is a full time role!

Job Function:

\n

• Day Shift.
\n
• 9am - 5pm.
\n
• Assigns patients and physicians to exam rooms. Supervise and provide nursing care to cancer patients.
\n
• Provide basic patient care and treatments. Prepares daily assignment for medical support staff.
\n
• Explain treatment procedures, medications, diets and physicians' instructions to patients.
\n
• Administers medications including all types of injections, IV therapy as needed and within the scope of licensure.
\n

Job Requirements:

\n

• Current New York State RN license.
\n
• 1+ Year of RN Experience in clinical setting.
\n
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
\n
