Wholistic Living Is Seeking A Licensed Therapist (EMDR, Trauma, Holistic Healing) – Join a Growing Group Practice

Location : In person/Hybrid | Based in Harford County, MD, and all of Maryland

Employment Type: W-2 Employee (Part-Time or Full-Time) 

Compensation : Competitive pay with a revenue-sharing model (details discussed during interview) 

Schedule : Flexible; hybrid in-person/remote model

Wholistic Living is expanding into a highly specialized group therapy practice focused on trauma, anxiety, addictions, and holistic healing. We provide evidence-based and integrative therapies that support deep healing, including EMDR, somatic therapy, neurofeedback, and mindfulness-based approaches.

We are seeking licensed therapists (LCPC, LCSW-C, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD) who are passionate about trauma-informed care and want to grow within a collaborative, mission-driven team. Who We're Looking For:

We are hiring highly skilled, growth-oriented therapists who specialize (or want to specialize) in:

• EMDR Therapy or Brainspotting (or willing to train) 
• Couples and Family Therapist 
• Somatic Therapy & Body-Based Approaches 
• Addictions & Trauma-Informed Therapy 
• Child & Adolescent Therapy (EMDR-trained preferred or desire)

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site clinical counseling services to patients of Wholistic Living, as scheduled,and in accordance with company policies.
• Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work is required.
• Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for Wholistic Living.
• Respond to patients’ requests for service or calls within 24 hours whether such requests are made in person, by phone, voicemail, etc. Respond to such requests by meeting, evaluating, and providing services to such patients.
• Communicate with a patient’s treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as necessary.
• Timely complete written records for each patient including, but not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contract notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time-to-time by Wholistic Living or third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the patient within a timely fashion (by Friday of each week).
• Keep patient files accurate and up to date.
• Charge and collect payments from patients for services provided consistent with the policy and rate for such services as established by Wholistic Living.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and training as directed by Wholistic Living.
• Conduct and regulate counseling services in a professional manner so as to maintain and increase the good will and reputation of Wholistic Living in the Harford County and Maryland Community.
• Be respectful of and cooperative and collaborative with co-workers.
• Passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping our team members grow and learn.
• Meet with agreed upon number of clients per week and have at least two more open spots available per week for cancellations.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

• Active LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD license in Maryland 
• Aligned with Wholistic Living’s mission, vision and values 
• EMDR-trained (or eager to become trained)
• Experience with trauma, anxiety, or addiction treatment preferred
• Be organized and detail oriented
• Comfortable managing a part-time or full-time caseload
• Passionate about collaborative, holistic mental health care.
