We are seeking a Hotel/Resort Management Recruiter   to join our team! The position ca live anywhere in the US and work from home. We have an existing client base to work with. The company is based in Houston -but recruiters can live anywhere in the US. The company has been in business for over 25 years - and has a successful track record. This is a commission based -work at home position

Hotel /Resort Responsibilities:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential Hotel /Resort Managers for all positions 
• Conduct background checks and references checks
• Submit qualified candidates to clients
• Communicate with the client and candidate through the hiring process 
• Schedule Zoom, phone and face to face interviews -follow up on all.
• Coach the candidate throughout the process
• Mediate the offer if asked 

Hotel/Resort Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruiting with Hotels, Resorts -Full or limited services
• Or - have experience working for a full service or limited service Hotel or Resort
• Knowledge of how to screen and interview
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills -through phone, Zoom or face to face

The salary range listed in tis add are commission salaries earned - This is a commission based / work at home position
