We are a publicly traded, high-growth biotech company recognized for innovation and impact. As we continue to scale globally and advance automation within our finance organization, we are expanding our FP&A function to drive operational excellence and strategic decision-making across the enterprise. We are seeking a Corporate FP&A Manager to help shape the company’s financial strategy and support key business leaders in delivering results.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Corporate FP&A, the Corporate FP&A Manager will play a central role in global financial planning, reporting, and analysis. This individual will lead enterprise-wide budgeting and forecasting processes, develop actionable insights on company-wide initiatives, and support senior executives—including the CEO and CFO—with key financial deliverables. The role also includes mentoring future finance leaders and identifying opportunities for process improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning processes in close coordination with functional finance teams and IT.
• Drive enterprise-level financial reporting and analytics, delivering insights on business performance and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare executive-ready materials for senior leadership, the Audit Committee, and the Board of Directors.
• Oversee FP&A support for corporate functions (e.g., Treasury, Licensing), including cost center planning, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Build and maintain complex financial models, including FX impact forecasting and performance tracking across business units.
• Mentor and coach analysts in the company’s Financial Development Program, helping to develop future finance talent.
• Collaborate with cross-functional finance teams to streamline planning processes and implement best practices.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and deliver actionable insights to support strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in complex corporate finance environments, with in-house FP&A experience strongly preferred.
• Biopharma or healthcare industry experience is desirable, though not required.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar planning/ERP applications.
• Proven ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, decision-making, and time management capabilities.
• Comfortable managing ambiguity and driving process improvements.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
• Advanced degree (MBA, CPA, etc.) preferred.
