We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a Contract basis in Hartford, Connecticut. This role requires a proactive individual who excels in managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring efficient communication across teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a focused demeanor to support day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain calendars, ensuring timely scheduling and coordination of meetings.
• Handle inbound calls with care, providing accurate information and addressing inquiries.
• Utilize tools such as Cisco Webex Meetings to facilitate virtual communications and team collaboration.
• Process budgets and expenses, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting through systems like Concur.
• Support marketing initiatives, including coordinating banner ad placements.
• Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline communication and administrative workflows.
• Provide timely updates and reports to management, ensuring operational transparency.
• Assist with other office tasks as needed to support the team’s efficiency.• Proficiency in administrative tools such as ADP, Concur, and About Time.
• Experience with Cisco Webex Meetings and other virtual collaboration platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with budget processes and expense tracking.
• Ability to handle inbound calls and provide effective customer service.
• Experience working with CRM systems for data management.
• Knowledge of marketing coordination, including banner ads, is a plus.
