What This Role Will Do

1. Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner
2. Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shift
3. Keep floor neat, clean and free of food, trash and other obstacles throughout shift
4. Clean all spills immediately, use floor signs to caution guests and staff
5. Put all trash and recyclable products in proper receptacles
6. Clean and stock line to par throughout shift
7. Follow housekeeping standards per policy
8. Operate trash compactor per procedures policy
9. Ensure that trash cans/slim jims are clean, free of odor and lined
10. Keep all dust pans clean and free of stuck on debris/odor
11. Separate glass, cardboard and plastics per local codes
12. Pre-roll and store table paper, per venue specifications
13. Keep current on all standard operating procedures
14. Turn all lost and found items into MOD
15. Attend pre-shift meeting conducted by MOD prior to start of each shift
16. Assist Other Employees as needed

1. Clean and dust all areas of venue
2. Sweep and mop floors
3. Clean and maintains restrooms
4. Refill toilet paper, paper towel, sanitary napkin and soap dispense
5. Clean and polish hardware such as doors, woodwork, door handles, push plates, kick plates, metal handrails, cigarette urns and drinking fountains
6. Vacuum and spot clean rugs
7. Replace burned out light bulbs or report same to supervisor
8. Maintain service rooms and storage areas in a clean orderly manner
9. Maintain adequate supply of cleaning equipment, materials and supplies
10. Use cleaning tools such as mops, brooms, squeegees, cleaning cloths, sponges, pails, brushes, vacuum cleaners, etc.
11. Remove wastepaper baskets and containers, and empties same into trash containers and cleans area after trash has been picked up
12. Report all repairs required and safety and fire hazards to supervisor

1. Observe safety standards and practices
2. Additional general cleaning of venue
3. Perform related duties as required or assigned within job classification

What This Person Will Bring

Required:

• Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent
• Three or more years in cleaning services or related type work
• Ability to read, write and follow written instruction
• Detail-oriented and team player with a positive "can-do" attitude
• Early Morning & Day time availability
• Sense of Urgency
• Time Management
• Kitchen sanitation standards
• Critical thinking and decision making
• High School diploma
• Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms

Preferred:

• High volume kitchen operations
• Food Service as either an Expeditor or Server in a high-volume environment
• Exceptional communication skills

Physical Demands/Working Environment:

• Work environment is fast-paced
• Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing, bending, stooping, reaching, and working on your feet
• Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques
• Tolerance of loud noises
