Job DescriptionJob Description Job Title: Azure Data Architect& Location: On-site | Merrillville, Indiana& Experience Required: 8–10 Years Industry: Data Cloud Architecture | Digital Transformation Visa Type : GC holders, US , EAD Key Responsibilities Lead hybrid responsibilities across architecture, business analysis, and team management. Design and implement scalable data solutions tailored to client requirements. Drive end-to-end solutioning and delivery for transition, BAU, and Microsoft Fabric migration phases. Act as the main liaison between client stakeholders and offshore delivery teams. Create secure and well-governed data environments using Microsoft Fabric. Implement optimal data ingestion strategies (via Data Pipelines, Notebooks, Dataflows Gen2). Define and enforce best practices for administration, governance, and DevOps (CI/CD). Translate business requirements into actionable technical stories/tasks. Identify and resolve risks proactively; maintain open, clear communication across all teams. Foster collaboration and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders. Must-Have Skills Qualifications Certification: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Mandatory) 8+ years in data architecture, analytics, and cloud transformation roles Strong command of SQL, ETL, SSIS, and SQL Server Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake (ADLS) Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and its ecosystem (Pipelines, Notebooks, etc.) Strong understanding of BI solution architecture with Power BI Effective communicator with proven team leadership and client engagement skills Good-to-Have Skills Familiarity with Power Platform Exposure to Tableau, Python, and AI-based solutions Certification in Azure Data Engineering or Microsoft Fabric Project/team management capabilities Why Consider This Role?
