Job Title: Civil Litigation Attorney

As we expand, we are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our team. This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule, combining remote work with regular in-office collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Develop litigation strategies and provide clients with effective legal counsel.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure high-quality case management and client service.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Illinois Bar.
• 1–7+ years of experience in civil litigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
